Refund Policy

Refunds:

Because all items are custom and made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. I encourage you to view all product images and read all item descriptions prior to ordering to include the estimated production/shipping times. Because the production times are only estimates, we do not offer refunds if the item arrives later than expected. I am being completely transparent in what to expect so it is the responsibility of the consumer to understand this and utilize their best judgement before committing to their purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
In the event that you received a damaged or incorrect item we can perform exchanges on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and an exchange request must be sent within 5 days of receipt of your item.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Again, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thedarkknightfx@gmail.com and send your item to: 14408 Desert Ocotillo Drive Horizon City Texas 79928.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and not requested before the 5-day grace period is ineligible for exchange.

Depending on the reason for exchange you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Using USPS First Class International Shipping does not come with any kind of insurance. Although it is the most price friendly shipping service, there is no way for me to guarantee delivery once your item has left my shop. Items not delivered or damaged during shipping will not be covered by our exchange policy and are not refundable.
